View the parking space available maps. These indicate if a space available and the cost for that space. If the space is available, click where indicated to request a space. Add that space to your shopping cart. You may then continue reserving additional spaces or proceed to check-out.
Once your payment is received, you will receive a confirmation notice via email and the space map will indicate that the space is reserved. You must bring your confirmation notice with you when you check in.
All requests for spaces are on a first come first serve basis.
Cancellation of a confirmed reservation is required in writing by email. If the cancellation occurs 60 days or more from the day of the race then a full refund will be made less 10% of the rental fee (minimum $50). If the cancellation occurs less than 60 days from the day of the race then no refund will be issued.
We will make every effort to ensure that your space is available. However, occasionally this is not possible. If we are unable to provide the space originally reserved, we will make every effort to provide an alternate space. If we are unable to find an alternatives space acceptable to you, we will refund 100% of your rental fee.
You may not transfer reservations to another person without the prior written approval of CAB2 Properties. The name on the reservation will be confirmed at check-in. Differences could result in the reservation being cancelled.
Check-in dates and time are shown on the space maps. Please abide by these check-in dates and times.
Check-out is at noon on the last day of the rental. All spaces must be vacated by noon sharp on check-out day or guests will be subject to losing their ability to rent with CAB2 Properties. Clean up your area and dispose of all trash. We understand that races can be delayed and we extend the check-out day if required based on race delays. We can require those RV’s in lot Carolina A to move to a different space if delays run into Monday.
The space dimensions shown on the space map are approximate. You may park automobiles in your space. If you require additional space for an automobile, it is possible that CAB2 Properties can make arrangements for this. Please note this when you request your space reservation.
CAB2 Properties will try our best to make sure that your stay is comfortable. However, there are a few things that are beyond our control. CAB2 Properties cannot control the weather and does not control other renter's behavior.
Every effort has been made to ensure the information on this website is accurate. However, changes can occur. We apologize in advance and hope you understand that such errors do not entitle you to any refund of monies.
We don’t have electrical hook-up so generators are welcome. We do request that everyone be neighborly though. In order to make sure that you aren’t keeping your neighbor up too late and waking them up to early, please observe a quiet time between the hours of midnight and 7AM. CAB2 Properties may cancel a guest's reservation if they do not adhere to this policy. No refund will be made.
Our insurance carrier has advised us that we are no longer going to be able to allow the use of golf carts by renters unless they are able to provide an insurance certificate from a one million dollar policy naming CAB2 Properties as a loss payee.
We will have a company that comes around to pump out your tanks. They will ask you to pay them directly and CAB2 Properties does not take a cut from this service. Please note that the discharge of sewage intentionally is a crime and will be dealt with as such. Accidental dumping is also not tolerated. Both may result in the cancellation of your reservation with no refund.
CAB2 Properties assumes no responsibility for accidents or injuries to guests, or for loss of personal property. It is the responsibility of each guest to keep their RVs locked and secured at all times, as well as to watch over the well-being of all members of his/her party.
CAB2 Properties recognizes the value and importance of privacy, and goes to great lengths to ensure that the privacy of all individuals is respected and protected. This privacy policy applies to any and all information collected via the www.cabproperties.com website.
We collect and manage vast amounts of information in the course of our daily business activities.
